Host/Hostess

P.F. Chang's is currently looking for an enthusiastic and friendly Host/Hostess to join our team! As a Host/Hostess, you will be the first and last impression of our restaurant experience. You will be responsible for greeting guests, seating them appropriately, and providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have a welcoming and professional demeanor, excellent communication skills, and an ability to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities:

1. Welcome guests to the restaurant and provide excellent customer service.
2. Greet guests warmly and professionally.
3. Seat guests appropriately, taking into account their preferences and the restaurant’s availability.
4. Monitor the restaurant’s seating and guest flow throughout the shift.
5. Answer phone calls, take reservations, and provide information about the restaurant’s menu and services.
6. Respond to guest inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
7. Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the restaurant’s entrance.
8. Ensure that the restaurant meets health and safety regulations.
9. Assist with other tasks as needed.
