Host/Hostess

As the first point of contact with our restaurant, the Host/Hostess at P.F. Chang's plays an integral role in creating memorable guest experiences. We are searching for an enthusiastic, guest-oriented individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional service. The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications: • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills• Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team• Basic math and computer skills• Previous experience as a host/hostess is preferredIf you have a warm, welcoming demeanor, a passion for hospitality, and a desire to be part of a successful, high-energy team, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests with a warm, welcoming demeanor and seat them according to P.F. Chang's standards • Manage the flow of guests into the restaurant and provide accurate wait times to guests if needed • Assist guests with any special requests or needs • Answer phones and take reservations • Monitor the dining room to ensure all guests are happy and their needs are being met • Assist with cleaning and resetting tables • Ensure that the dining room is properly stocked with cutlery, dishes, and other supplies • Maintain a professional attitude at all times and be knowledgeable about menu items and restaurant policies
