Responsibilities:

• Welcome and greet guests in a friendly and courteous manner
• Take reservations, seat guests and manage the seating chart
• Ensure guests are provided with menus, silverware and other dining materials
• Assist in the preparation of the dining area, including setting up tables, chairs and decorations
• Monitor the dining area and ensure it is clean and tidy at all times
• Provide guests with accurate information about menu items, their ingredients, and prices
• Take orders and relay them to the kitchen staff
• Ensure orders are accurate and served in a timely manner
• Communicate with guests to resolve any concerns or complaints
• Process payments and provide guests with change
• Make recommendations and answer inquiries regarding beverages, appetizers, and other menu items
• Maintain a professional and friendly attitude at all times
