As the first point of contact for our guests, the Host/Hostess is responsible for greeting guests, seating them, taking reservations, and ensuring that their dining experience is nothing but top-notch. 6. Monitor and replenish stock of supplies, such as menus and condiments.
7. Resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner.
8. Assist with other tasks as needed, such as taking orders, running food, and bussing tables.
9. Follow all health and safety regulations.
10. Remain flexible to changing situations and customer demands.
