Host/Hostess

P.F. Chang's is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Host/Hostess to join our amazing team! We are an upscale restaurant in the heart of downtown and pride ourselves on delivering a world-class dining experience to all of our guests. The successful candidate for this position will have a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and a passion for providing outstanding service.To be considered for this role, you must have a high school diploma or equivalent; previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is an asset. You must also have a strong attention to detail and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:

1. Greet guests and take orders in a friendly and efficient manner.
2. Maintain knowledge of menu items and specials.
3. Assist in seating and maintaining guest flow.
4. Ensure that all guests have an enjoyable dining experience.
5. Handle customer complaints and inquiries in a professional manner.
6. Ensure that all tables are properly set and reset for service.
7. Monitor restaurant for cleanliness and tidiness.
8. Answer phones and take reservations.
9. Maintain accurate cash handling procedures.
10. Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations.
