Host/Hostess

As a Host/Hostess at P.F. Chang’s, you are the first and last face our guests will see! We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and customer service-oriented individual to join our team and provide a great experience to all of our guests. To be successful in this role, you must have excellent communication skills, be organized and detail-oriented, and have a strong work ethic. Responsibilities:

1. Greet and welcome guests upon arrival in a friendly and professional manner.
2. Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and efficient manner.
3. Process payments and manage guest accounts accurately.
4. Manage reservations and seating arrangements.
5. Ensure the dining area is clean and tidy at all times.
6. Maintain appropriate stock levels of menus and other hospitality supplies.
7. Assist with other duties as required, such as preparing food and beverage orders.
8. Demonstrate knowledge of the menu and provide recommendations to guests.
9. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
10. Provide exceptional customer service to guests at all times.
