As a Host/Hostess, you will be a key member of our team, responsible for greeting and seating guests, ensuring that all guests have a positive and memorable experience at P.F. Chang's.The ideal candidate for this role will possess a friendly and outgoing demeanor, great customer service skills, and the ability to multi-task. Responsibilities: • Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner • Monitor incoming guests and provide accurate wait times • Manage reservations and waitlist • Answer phones and take to-go orders • Provide menus and answer questions about menu items • Ensure guests have a positive and memorable experience • Clear tables and reset for the next guests • Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of the dining area • Assist servers and bussers as needed • Maintain a high level of customer service at all times • Adhere to all safety and sanitation guidelines
