Server/Waiter/Waitress

Outback Steakhouse is looking for an enthusiastic and hardworking Server/Waiter/Waitress to join our team. This position requires an individual with great interpersonal and customer service skills who is passionate about creating an exceptional dining experience for each and every guest. Responsibilities: • Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner • Take orders from customers accurately and efficiently • Prepare and serve food and beverage items according to company guidelines • Answer customer questions and inquiries in a polite and professional manner • Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing any complaints promptly and courteously • Follow all health and safety regulations • Keep work area clean and organized • Monitor table availability and assist with seating arrangements • Collect payments from customers • Perform opening and closing duties as assigned • Provide excellent customer service at all times
