Server/Waiter/Waitress

Outback Steakhouse is looking for a friendly, enthusiastic Server/Waiter/Waitress to join our team! Responsibilities: • Greet guests and take food and drink orders in a friendly and efficient manner • Suggestively sell specials and other menu items • Input orders into point-of-sale system accurately • Serve food and drinks to guests in a timely manner • Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction with each course and overall dining experience • Follow up with guests on any complaints or requests • Clear dishes and reset tables • Adhere to food safety standards • Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately • Process end-of-shift reports and cashouts
