Job Description

Outback Steakhouse is committed to providing the best possible restaurant experience for our customers, and we need an experienced Restaurant Trainer to help our employees reach their full potential.If you have a passion for training and development, an eye for detail, and a love for food, this could be the perfect job for you. We’re looking for someone who has at least 3-5 years of restaurant management experience, excellent communication and organizational skills, and an understanding of food safety regulations. In exchange, you’ll be part of a team that takes pride in its work and in making customers happy.

Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct training sessions for restaurant staff in order to improve customer service, food safety, and operational efficiency.
  2. Develop and implement training materials and programs to ensure the highest quality of service.
  3. Monitor employee performance and provide feedback to ensure compliance with restaurant policies and procedures.
  4. Provide coaching and guidance to restaurant staff in order to improve their performance.
  5. Ensure food safety regulations are followed by all employees.
  6. Develop and maintain relationships with restaurant staff and senior management.
  7. Make recommendations to senior management on ways to improve training and development.
  8. Work with restaurant management to identify areas for improvement in customer service.
  9. Monitor customer feedback and make adjustments to training and development as necessary.
  10. Provide support and guidance to restaurant staff in order to resolve customer service issues.
