Restaurant Trainer

We’re looking for a passionate and experienced Restaurant Trainer to join the Outback Steakhouse team! Our ideal candidate must have an outgoing and positive attitude and be able to work well in a team environment. As a Restaurant Trainer, you’ll have the opportunity to make an impact on our restaurant operations, ensuring that all our staff are trained and knowledgeable in providing the highest quality service to our customers.To be successful in this role, you must possess at least 3 years of experience in a training role in a restaurant or hospitality environment, have strong communication and interpersonal skills, and be well-versed in food sanitation and safety standards. Responsibilities:

1. Develop, implement, and oversee training programs for restaurant staff in order to ensure excellent customer service.
2. Create training materials such as manuals, multimedia presentations, and reference documents.
3. Monitor restaurant staff performance and provide feedback and coaching as needed.
4. Develop and implement standard operational procedures.
5. Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.
6. Remain up-to-date on industry and customer service trends.
7. Work shifts as needed to support restaurant operations.
8. Develop relationships with restaurant staff to ensure a positive work environment.
9. Maintain records of training activities, progress, and results.
10. Ensure all restaurant staff are properly trained and knowledgeable.
