Host/Hostess

At Outback Steakhouse, we are looking for an enthusiastic Host/Hostess to join our team. Our ideal candidate should be passionate about hospitality, friendly, and outgoing, with a strong commitment to providing excellent customer service. As a Host/Hostess, you will be responsible for creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our guests.To be successful in this role, you must have excellent customer service skills, be highly organized, and have the ability to multi-task. Additionally, you should be comfortable using computers, have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and have a great eye for detail. Responsibilities:

1. Greet guests warmly and provide them with an enjoyable dining experience
2. Assist guests in seating arrangements and provide restaurant information as needed
3. Manage reservations and waiting lists in accordance with restaurant policy
4. Answer phones, take reservations, and provide customer service as needed
5. Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the dining area
6. Ensure that all guests are served in a timely and efficient manner
7. Follow health and safety regulations set by the restaurant
8. Monitor guest feedback and relay it to the appropriate team members
9. Assist servers and other staff members as needed
10. Utilize computer systems to manage reservations and waitlists
