Responsibilities: • Greet guests with a friendly and welcoming attitude • Seat guests in accordance with established rotation procedures • Ensure all guests receive prompt, courteous, and efficient service • Communicate with guests to ensure satisfaction • Manage large groups of guests with poise and professionalism • Respond to any complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner • Maintain knowledge of menu items, specials, and promotions • Monitor dining rooms for seating availability • Assist with set up and break down of tables and chairs • Ensure adherence to safety and sanitation regulations • Ensure all areas are clean and presentable for guests
