Host/Hostess

Great opportunity for an enthusiastic Host/Hostess to join the friendly team at Outback Steakhouse! We are looking for a self-motivated, customer-oriented individual with the ability to effectively manage all aspects of the host/hostess position. The ideal candidate must possess excellent customer service skills, as well as a passion for delivering an incredible dining experience to each and every guest.In this role, you will be responsible for providing prompt and courteous service to all guests, as well as ensuring that all dining reservations are fulfilled in a timely and efficient manner. You will also be responsible for seating guests and managing the flow of the restaurant.Qualifications for this position include a minimum of 1 year of experience in a host/hostess position, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to remain organized and efficient in a fast-paced environment. You must be comfortable working in a team environment, have a positive attitude, and be willing to go the extra mile to ensure our guests have a memorable experience.
