At Outback Steakhouse, we are looking for an enthusiastic, organized, and reliable Busser/Server Assistant to join our team. As a Busser/Server Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting servers by providing excellent customer service and ensuring a clean and inviting restaurant atmosphere.We are looking for someone who can provide friendly, courteous service to guests and can work on their feet for long periods of time. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a good knowledge of food and beverage service.Qualifications:- At least one year of experience as a busser/server assistant, preferably in a fast-paced restaurant setting- Good knowledge of food and beverage service- Ability to multi-task and work quickly and efficiently- Ability to stand for long periods of time- Ability to work as part of a team- Excellent customer service skills- Ability to follow instructions and take direction- Flexible scheduleIf you have the skills and qualifications to be a successful Busser/Server Assistant, we invite you to apply today!

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and seat guests in a friendly, courteous manner
  • Provide assistance to servers by clearing and setting tables
  • Refill drinks and keep dining area clean and organized
  • Assist servers in delivering food to guests in a timely manner
  • Ensure all dishes and utensils are clean and ready for use
  • Monitor dining room for any additional needs
  • Follow safety and sanitation procedures and adhere to all food safety regulations
  • Report any customer complaints or issues to management
  • Provide excellent customer service in a friendly and professional manner
  • Maintain a positive attitude and work environment at all times
  • Work as part of a team to ensure the smooth running of the restaurant
