Busser/Server Assistant

Outback Steakhouse is looking for an enthusiastic, customer-focused Busser/Server Assistant to join our team. We are looking for an organized individual who is passionate about providing an excellent dining experience to our customers.This position requires an individual who is outgoing, friendly, and hardworking. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of one year experience in the food service industry, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to high customer service standards. It is essential for the successful candidate to possess excellent customer service and communication skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and have knowledge of food handling and sanitation regulations.We are looking for someone who will go above and beyond to ensure our customers have an outstanding dining experience. Responsibilities: • Greet and seat guests in a timely manner • Ensure that all guests receive prompt and courteous service • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area • Assist servers with food and drink orders • Clear and reset tables in a timely manner • Maintain knowledge of menus, specials, and upsells • Follow all food handling and sanitation regulations • Provide outstanding customer service to ensure customer satisfaction • Ensure that all customer’s needs are met • Follow restaurant policies and procedures • Monitor restaurant activities to ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards • Ensure that the restaurant is tidy and all equipment is in working order • Receive and store food and beverage orders in accordance with health and safety regulations • Assist with closing duties as needed
