Sales Stylist

We’re seeking a talented and passionate Sales Stylist to join Oscar de la Renta’s fashion team. Responsibilities:

• Develop an in-depth knowledge of Oscar de la Renta's current collections, as well as upcoming products, in order to effectively advise customers
• Cultivate relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and positive word of mouth
• Welcome customers into the store and greet them warmly, offering assistance in finding products or completing purchases
• Provide styling advice to customers, offering helpful suggestions for matching items or creating complete looks
• Process sales transactions quickly and accurately, ensuring that all customer payments are received
• Follow up with customers after their purchase to ensure satisfaction and encourage further sales
• Maintain the store's visual merchandising standards, including organizing product displays and replenishing stock as needed
• Identify potential sales opportunities and suggest additional items to customers to increase average order value
