Responsibilities: • Engage with customers in-store and online to promote and represent the Oscar de la Renta brand • Maintain a positive attitude and professional demeanor when interacting with customers • Organize and execute special events, trunk shows, and other promotional activities • Develop and execute creative marketing strategies to build brand awareness and engagement • Assist customers in selecting products that best suit their needs • Stay up to date with fashion trends and identify customer preferences • Ensure that the store is merchandised in a way that is visually appealing and inviting • Maintain accurate records of customer feedback and sales activity • Create and manage customer loyalty programs • Relay customer feedback to upper management and take initiative to create new strategies for improvement
