We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Luxury Brand Ambassador to join the Oscar de la Renta team! As a Brand Ambassador, you will be the face and voice of our brand, working with internal teams to create and execute marketing initiatives. Responsibilities:

  1. Represent the Oscar de la Renta brand in a professional and positive manner.
  2. Develop and execute marketing initiatives by collaborating with internal teams.
  3. Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
  4. Monitor customer feedback and develop strategies to continuously improve customer service.
  5. Keep up to date with the latest fashion trends and developments in the industry.
  6. Assist with digital campaigns and other marketing materials.
  7. Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and influencers.
  8. Ensure accuracy and consistency in all communications, presentations, and materials.
  9. Monitor sales performance and analyze data to identify areas for improvement.
  10. Attend events and trade shows to strengthen the brand's presence.
