Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and provide exceptional customer service

• Assist customers in selecting the perfect item for their needs

• Utilize fashion knowledge to provide accurate advice and recommendations on selection, fit, and styling

• Measure customer sizes and recommend garments

• Track important metrics such as sales, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction

• Manage time effectively to maximize sales and customer satisfaction

• Monitor inventory levels and replenish as needed

• Ensure store is clean, organized, and aesthetically pleasing

• Ensure that all store policies and procedures are followed

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current collections and fashion trends

• Assist with visual merchandising and displays

• Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately

• Collaborate with team members to reach common goals

• Work nights and weekends as needed
