
Manager - Community Boating Programs
- Manages and evaluates day-to-day business operations of the College's Community Boating Program.
- Oversees the design, development, and delivery of new course offerings based on maximizing student interest, access, and response to community needs.
- Collaborates with the College's public relations and marketing teams to design, create, and publish marketing campaign products.
- Establishes and maintains new and current course outlines and instructional guidelines for not-for-credit boating courses.
- Coordinates recruitment, hiring, and scheduling of instructors and presenters as well as maintenance and other staff supporting the program.
- Manages and trains office staff to provide student registration services, customer service, retail sales, invoice processing, daily deposits, and cash handling.
4+ years of progressive experience in the design, scheduling, and implementation of recreational education curriculum
US Sailing Small Boat Level 1 Instructor Certification or higher
Requires the ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
