Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, Or Business Administration.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Program Management Role, With A Focus On Ux Operations Or Design.
Strong Understanding Of Ux Principles And Methodologies, With Experience In Agile And Lean Development Processes.
Excellent Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Prioritize And Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously.
Experience Working With Cross-Functional Teams, Including Designers, Engineers, And Product Managers, To Deliver High-Quality User Experiences.
