Job Description

We’re looking for a talented and experienced User Experience Director to join the Oracle team. Our ideal candidate is an expert in UX design, with a passion for creating a seamless and intuitive user experience. You will lead a team of UX designers, developers, and strategists to create innovative and engaging experiences for our customers. You will be driven by the success of our users and the impact of the products you create.To be successful in this role, you will need a minimum of 8 years of experience in UX design and a proven track record of leading successful product launches. You will understand and be able to communicate the importance of user experience to our team and our customers. You will be a strategic thinker, comfortable making decisions and taking risks to push boundaries.
