Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Providing Technical Support For Enterprise Software Products.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Oracle Products And Services, Including Databases, Cloud Solutions, And Applications.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills To Diagnose And Troubleshoot Complex Technical Issues.
