  1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing timely solutions.
  2. Serve as the main point of contact for customers, managing all technical aspects of their account.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely resolution of issues.
  4. Proactively identify and address potential issues or roadblocks for customers.
  5. Conduct regular account reviews to assess customer satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
  6. Provide technical guidance and support to customers, including troubleshooting and training.
  7. Keep up-to-date with product updates and new releases, and effectively communicate them to customers.
  8. Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records of all activities.
  9. Collaborate with sales teams to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  10. Continuously improve processes and procedures to enhance the customer experience.
  11. Represent Oracle in a professional manner, promoting a positive image of the company.
  12. Attend training and development programs to enhance technical skills and knowledge.
  13. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including data security and confidentiality.
  14. Act as a mentor and support for other team members, sharing knowledge and best practices.
  15. Contribute to team meetings and discussions, providing valuable insights and feedback.
