  1. Develop and implement sourcing strategies to identify potential suppliers that meet the company's needs and standards.
  2. Evaluate and monitor supplier performance, including cost, quality, and delivery, to ensure they meet company requirements.
  3. Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to ensure the best terms and pricing for the company.
  4. Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to foster collaboration and drive successful partnerships.
  5. Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential new suppliers and stay informed about industry trends and developments.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, and finance, to understand their supplier needs and ensure alignment with company goals.
  7. Manage the supplier selection process, including prequalification, request for proposals, and supplier audits.
  8. Develop and maintain a supplier database and supplier performance metrics to track and report on supplier performance.
  9. Conduct regular supplier reviews and evaluations to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous improvement.
  10. Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards related to supplier sourcing and ensure compliance.
  11. Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks in the supply chain to ensure uninterrupted supply.
  12. Communicate with suppliers regularly to provide feedback, address any issues, and maintain a strong working relationship.
  13. Lead and mentor a team of sourcing professionals to support the supplier sourcing program.
  14. Collaborate with other departments to develop and implement cost-saving initiatives and improve overall supplier efficiency.
  15. Work with suppliers to develop long-term strategic partnerships that drive innovation and support business growth.
  16. Prepare and present reports and updates on supplier sourcing activities to senior management.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Or A Related Field

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Supplier Sourcing, Procurement, Or Supply Chain Management

  • Strong Understanding Of Sourcing Best Practices And Strategies

  • Experience In Managing And Negotiating Contracts With Suppliers
