  1. Develop and implement strategic initiatives that align with the overall vision and goals of the Cloud Infrastructure & NPI team.
  2. Lead and manage a team of technical program managers and engineers to ensure successful execution of projects and initiatives.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, engineering, and sales, to gather requirements and define project scopes.
  4. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities for product innovation and differentiation.
  5. Create and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of projects.
  6. Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders, identifying and mitigating risks and roadblocks.
  7. Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the team, encouraging new ideas and approaches to drive business growth.
  8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in cloud infrastructure and new product introduction, and make recommendations for implementation.
  9. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally, to ensure alignment and support for strategic initiatives.
  10. Act as a subject matter expert for technical program management, providing guidance and support to team members and other departments as needed.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Cloud Infrastructure: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding And Expertise In Building And Managing Cloud Infrastructure, Including Virtualization, Containerization, And Automation Tools.

  • Strong Project Management Skills: This Role Requires A Strategic And Results-Driven Individual With Proven Experience In Leading And Delivering Large-Scale Technical Programs Within A Fast-Paced And Dynamic Environment.

  • Technical Knowledge And Expertise: The Candidate Should Possess A Strong Technical Background, With A Deep Understanding Of Cloud Computing Technologies, Software Development, And Infrastructure Management.

  • New Product Introduction (Npi) Experience: The Candidate Should Have A Track Record Of Successfully Leading And Managing Npi Programs, From Conception To Launch, Within A Technology Company.

  • Leadership And Communication Skills: The Candidate Should Have Excellent Leadership And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams, Influence Stakeholders, And Drive Alignment Towards Common Goals.
