  1. Collaborate with various teams and departments within Oracle to identify potential volunteer opportunities and projects that align with the company's mission and values.
  2. Serve as the main point of contact for all Oracle Volunteering initiatives and activities, both internally and externally.
  3. Utilize your expertise in Oracle technologies to develop and implement innovative solutions for non-profit organizations and community service projects.
  4. Work closely with non-profit organizations and community partners to understand their needs and provide technical support and guidance.
  5. Plan, organize, and lead volunteer events and activities, including recruiting and coordinating volunteers, creating project plans, and managing timelines and budgets.
  6. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including Oracle employees, non-profit organizations, and community leaders.
  7. Provide training and support to volunteers, ensuring they have the necessary skills and resources to successfully complete their assigned projects.
  8. Monitor and track volunteer hours, project progress, and impact to measure the success of Oracle Volunteering initiatives.
  9. Collaborate with the marketing team to promote and raise awareness of Oracle Volunteering and its impact on the community.
  10. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in volunteer management and technology solutions for non-profits, and make recommendations for improvement and growth.
  11. Represent Oracle at community events and conferences to showcase our commitment to giving back and inspire others to get involved.
  12. Maintain accurate records and documentation of all volunteer activities, including project reports, volunteer data, and financial records.
  13. Continuously evaluate and assess the effectiveness of Oracle Volunteering programs and make adjustments as needed to ensure maximum impact and efficiency.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science Or A Related Field.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Experience Working With Oracle Databases And Applications.

  • Knowledge Of Oracle's Corporate Social Responsibility Initiatives And Commitment To Volunteerism.
