We are currently seeking a driven and experienced Solutions Sales Executive to join our team and drive growth within our Higher Ed division. In this role, you will be responsible for selling our Oracle Student - R1 Schools solution to top universities and colleges. Your expertise in the education industry and ability to build strong client relationships will be crucial in achieving our sales targets.   1. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve growth targets within the Higher Ed division.
  2. Identify and engage with potential clients in the education industry, with a focus on top universities and colleges.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  4. Conduct market research to stay informed on industry trends and competition.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure alignment of sales strategies.
  6. Utilize Salesforce or other CRM systems to track and manage sales activities and opportunities.
  7. Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to potential clients, showcasing the benefits of Oracle Student - R1 Schools solution.
  8. Negotiate and close deals with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
  9. Provide regular updates and reports on sales performance and progress towards targets.
  10. Attend industry events and conferences to network and generate new leads.
  11. Continuously develop knowledge and expertise on Oracle's solutions and the education industry.
  12. Represent Oracle in a professional and positive manner, embodying the company's values and culture.

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Higher Education Industry: A Solutions Sales Executive For Higher Ed, Oracle Student - R1 Schools Should Have A Deep Understanding Of The Higher Education Industry, Including Trends, Challenges, And Key Players. This Knowledge Will Enable Them To Effectively Position And Sell Oracle's Solutions To Potential Clients.

  • Experience In Sales And Business Development: The Ideal Candidate For This Role Should Have A Proven Track Record In Sales And Business Development, Preferably In The Higher Education Sector. This Includes Experience In Identifying And Qualifying Leads, Developing Relationships With Key Decision-Makers, And Closing Deals.

  • Familiarity With Oracle Student Solutions: As A Solutions Sales Executive For Oracle Student - R1 Schools, The Candidate Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Oracle's Student Solutions, Including Their Features, Benefits, And Competitive Advantages. This Knowledge Will Allow Them To Effectively Communicate The Value Of These Solutions To Potential Clients.

  • Strong Communication And Presentation Skills: A Solutions Sales Executive Should Possess Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills To Effectively Articulate The Value Of Oracle's Solutions To Potential Clients. They Should Also Be Able To Tailor Their Messaging To Address The Specific Needs And Pain Points Of Higher Education Institutions.

  • Strategic Thinking And Problem-Solving Abilities: This Role Requires A Candidate Who Is Able To Think Strategically And Identify Opportunities For Oracle's Solutions Within The Higher Education Market.
