- Develop and implement employee engagement strategies and programs that align with the company's overall goals and objectives.
- Lead and manage all aspects of employee engagement initiatives, including planning, execution, and evaluation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of employee engagement efforts.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leadership, to gain buy-in and support for employee engagement initiatives.
- Conduct research and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in employee engagement.
- Create and manage budgets for employee engagement programs and initiatives.
- Monitor and track the success of employee engagement efforts, and make adjustments as needed to ensure positive impact.
- Serve as a champion and advocate for a positive and inclusive work culture.
- Develop and deliver training and development programs to support employee engagement and foster a culture of continuous learning.
- Coach and mentor team members to ensure high performance and growth in their roles.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and trends in employee engagement to continuously improve and innovate our programs.
- Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization to promote and gain support for employee engagement efforts.
- Collaborate with HR and other departments to develop and implement policies and practices that support employee engagement.

- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies related to employee engagement.
Extensive Experience In Employee Engagement Strategy Development: A Senior Program Manager At Oracle Should Have At Least 7-10 Years Of Experience In Developing And Implementing Effective Employee Engagement Strategies In A Large Organization.
Strong Project Management Skills: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Complex Projects, Including Budget Management, Resource Allocation, And Stakeholder Management.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: As A Senior Program Manager, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Communicating With Employees At All Levels Of The Organization. Therefore, Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills Are Essential.
