  1. Develop and implement employee engagement strategies and programs that align with the company's overall goals and objectives.
  2. Lead and manage all aspects of employee engagement initiatives, including planning, execution, and evaluation.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of employee engagement efforts.
  4. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leadership, to gain buy-in and support for employee engagement initiatives.
  5. Conduct research and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in employee engagement.
  6. Create and manage budgets for employee engagement programs and initiatives.
  7. Monitor and track the success of employee engagement efforts, and make adjustments as needed to ensure positive impact.
  8. Serve as a champion and advocate for a positive and inclusive work culture.
  9. Develop and deliver training and development programs to support employee engagement and foster a culture of continuous learning.
  10. Coach and mentor team members to ensure high performance and growth in their roles.
  11. Stay updated on industry best practices and trends in employee engagement to continuously improve and innovate our programs.
  12. Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization to promote and gain support for employee engagement efforts.
  13. Collaborate with HR and other departments to develop and implement policies and practices that support employee engagement.
  14. Serve as a role model for our company's values and foster a culture of respect, collaboration, and engagement.
  15. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies related to employee engagement.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Employee Engagement Strategy Development: A Senior Program Manager At Oracle Should Have At Least 7-10 Years Of Experience In Developing And Implementing Effective Employee Engagement Strategies In A Large Organization.

  • Strong Project Management Skills: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Complex Projects, Including Budget Management, Resource Allocation, And Stakeholder Management.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: As A Senior Program Manager, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Communicating With Employees At All Levels Of The Organization. Therefore, Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills Are Essential.
