Senior Principal Program Manager, Cloud Region Strategy

- Develop and execute a comprehensive Cloud Region Strategy, in alignment with overall business objectives, that drives growth and maximizes profitability for the cloud business at Oracle.
- Lead and manage a team of program managers to ensure effective and efficient execution of the Cloud Region Strategy.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape to inform decision making and identify new opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, product development, and finance, to drive alignment and ensure successful implementation of the Cloud Region Strategy.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at all levels, both internally and externally, to drive business results and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of the Cloud Region Strategy, making adjustments as needed to achieve desired outcomes.
- Identify and mitigate any potential risks or issues that may impact the success of the Cloud Region Strategy.
- Communicate progress, updates, and results to senior leadership and other key stakeholders on a regular basis.
- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the program management team, driving efficiency and effectiveness in all processes and initiatives.
- Mentor and develop team members, providing guidance, support, and opportunities for growth and development.
- Represent Oracle at industry events and conferences, showcasing thought leadership and expertise in the cloud industry.
- Continuously evaluate and implement best practices and new methodologies in program management to drive success and stay ahead of industry trends.
Extensive Experience In Cloud Computing: The Ideal Candidate For This Position Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Cloud Computing Technologies, Including Infrastructure, Platforms, And Applications. They Should Also Have A Strong Grasp Of Industry Trends And Best Practices.
Proven Track Record In Program Management: As A Senior Principal Program Manager, Cloud Region Strategy, The Candidate Should Have A Track Record Of Successfully Managing Complex Programs And Projects, Ideally In A Cloud-Based Environment. They Should Have Experience In Managing Cross-Functional Teams And Delivering Projects On Time And Within Budget.
Strategic Thinking And Planning Skills: This Role Requires Someone Who Can Think Strategically And Develop Long-Term Plans For The Cloud Region Strategy. The Candidate Should Be Able To Analyze Market Trends, Competition, And Customer Needs To Develop A Comprehensive Strategy That Aligns With The Company's Goals.
Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills: As A Senior Member Of The Team, The Candidate Should Have Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills. They Should Be Able To Effectively Communicate With Stakeholders At All Levels, Lead And Motivate Cross-Functional Teams, And Influence Decision-Making Processes.
