  3. Conduct thorough testing and debugging of hardware systems to ensure they meet quality and performance standards.
  4. Stay updated on the latest advancements in hardware technology and incorporate them into our design processes.
  5. Lead and mentor junior hardware developers, providing guidance and assistance in their development.
  6. Work closely with product management and engineering teams to understand customer needs and develop solutions that meet those needs.
  7. Identify and troubleshoot potential hardware design issues, providing timely and effective resolutions.
  8. Develop and maintain documentation for hardware designs, processes, and procedures.
  9. Participate in design reviews and provide recommendations for improvements.
  10. Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to source necessary components and materials for hardware development.
  11. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations for hardware design and development.
  12. Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders and management.
  13. Continuously evaluate and improve hardware development processes to increase efficiency and productivity.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Hardware Design And Development: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Designing And Developing Hardware Products, Preferably In The Technology Industry.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Hardware Architecture And Systems: The Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Hardware Architecture Principles And Be Able To Design Complex Systems That Meet Performance, Power, And Cost Requirements.

  • Proficiency In Programming Languages And Tools: The Candidate Should Be Proficient In Hardware Description Languages (Hdls) Such As Verilog And Vhdl, And Have Experience With Simulation And Verification Tools.

  • Leadership And Project Management Skills: As A Senior Principal, The Candidate Should Have Proven Experience In Leading Hardware Development Teams And Managing Complex Projects From Conception To Production.

  • Strong Communication And Collaboration Skills: The Candidate Should Be Able To Effectively Communicate And Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams, Including Software Engineers, Product Managers, And Customers, To Deliver High-Quality Hardware Products.
