  • Design, implement, and maintain MAC environment for the organization.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to MAC hardware and software.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to end users regarding MAC systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new MAC technologies and upgrades.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for MAC environment, including standard operating procedures and troubleshooting guides.
  • Monitor and optimize system performance, security, and availability.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in MAC technology.
  • Conduct regular audits and maintain inventory of MAC hardware and software.
  • Train and mentor junior MAC engineers and administrators.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to MAC systems.
  • Communicate effectively with other team members and stakeholders.
  • Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support.
  • Collaborate with vendors for procurement and maintenance of MAC systems.
  • Research and recommend new tools and solutions to improve MAC environment and processes.

Job Qualifications

  • Extensive Experience With Mac Operating Systems: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding And Proficiency In Managing And Troubleshooting Mac Operating Systems, Including Macos, Ios, And Tvos.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Network Infrastructure: A Senior Mac Engineer/Administrator Should Have A Solid Understanding Of Network Infrastructure Components Such As Switches, Routers, Firewalls, And Vpns To Ensure Smooth Communication Between Mac Devices And Other Network Resources.

  • Experience With Virtualization Technologies: Proficiency In Virtualization Technologies Such As Vmware, Hyper-V, Or Citrix Is Essential For Managing And Deploying Mac Systems In A Virtualized Environment.

  • Familiarity With Mac Device Management Tools: The Candidate Should Have Experience With Mac Device Management Tools Like Jamf Pro Or Microsoft Intune, Which Are Used For Centralized Management And Deployment Of Mac Devices.

  • Excellent Problem-Solving Skills: A Senior Mac Engineer/Administrator Should Possess Strong Problem-Solving Skills To Identify And Resolve Complex Technical Issues Quickly And Efficiently, As Well As The Ability To Troubleshoot And Debug Mac Hardware And Software Problems.
