- Lead the product management team within the OCI/GEN AI division, providing direction, guidance, and support to ensure the success of our cloud and AI products.
- Develop and execute product strategies to drive growth and revenue, taking into consideration market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, sales, and marketing, to ensure alignment and successful product launches.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs and trends, and use this information to inform product development and roadmap.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and industry experts, to stay informed about market developments and gather feedback on product offerings.
- Work closely with the engineering team to define product features, requirements, and timelines, ensuring that products are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
- Monitor and analyze product performance, identifying areas for improvement and making recommendations for enhancements or new product offerings.
- Mentor and develop team members, providing guidance and support to help them grow in their roles.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in cloud computing and AI, and proactively identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation in our product offerings.
- Represent Oracle and our products at industry events and conferences, building brand awareness and showcasing our leadership in the cloud and AI space.
Extensive Experience In Product Management: A Senior Director Of Product Management At Oracle Should Have A Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Product Management, With A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Launching And Managing Software Products.
Strong Leadership Skills: This Role Requires Strong Leadership Skills To Lead A Team Of Product Managers And Drive The Overall Product Strategy. The Ideal Candidate Should Have Experience Managing And Mentoring A Team To Deliver Results.
Technical Expertise: The Senior Director Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Cloud Computing And Artificial Intelligence Technologies, As Well As Experience Working With Large-Scale Enterprise Software Products.
