- Develop and drive the product strategy and roadmap for the OCI/GEN AI division, in alignment with Oracle's overall business objectives and market trends.
- Lead a team of product managers and collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and priorities.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, competitive landscape, and emerging trends in the AI industry.
- Work closely with sales and marketing teams to develop Go-To-Market strategies and ensure successful product launches.
- Monitor and report on product performance, including revenue, adoption, and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of product features and enhancements.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and industry experts.
- Continuously evaluate and improve the product portfolio to meet evolving market demands and customer needs.
- Provide mentorship, coaching, and support to team members to foster their professional growth and development.
- Stay updated on industry developments and emerging technologies to inform product strategy and roadmap decisions.
Extensive Experience In Product Management: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 10 Years Of Experience In Product Management, With A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Launching And Managing Complex Products.
Strong Understanding Of Oci And Gen Ai: The Senior Director Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (Oci) And General Artificial Intelligence (Gen Ai) Products, Their Features, And Capabilities. This Will Enable Them To Develop And Execute Effective Product Strategies.
