  1. Oversee the construction of data centers for Oracle, ensuring timely and successful completion of all projects.
  2. Lead and manage a team of construction professionals to execute data center projects.
  3. Develop and maintain project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure efficient and effective project delivery.
  4. Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure alignment and coordination in executing data center projects.
  5. Monitor and track project progress, identifying and addressing any potential issues or delays.
  6. Act as a subject matter expert on data center construction, providing guidance and support to team members and stakeholders.
  7. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, codes, and safety standards in the construction process.
  8. Develop and maintain relationships with contractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure quality and timely delivery of materials and services.
  9. Conduct regular site visits and inspections to ensure construction is in accordance with plans and specifications.
  10. Prepare and present progress reports and updates to senior management.
  11. Continuously seek opportunities for improvement and cost-saving measures in the construction process.
  12. Mentor and coach team members to develop their skills and knowledge in data center construction.
  13. Stay updated on industry developments, trends, and best practices in data center construction.
  14. Represent Oracle in a professional manner and uphold the company's values and standards at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Managing Large-Scale Data Center Construction Projects: A Senior Data Center Construction Manager At Oracle Should Have A Track Record Of Successfully Managing Complex Data Center Construction Projects From Start To Finish. This Includes Overseeing The Planning, Design, Budgeting, And Execution Of The Project.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Data Center Construction Processes And Industry Standards: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Data Center Construction Processes, Including Hvac Systems, Electrical And Mechanical Infrastructure, Network Cabling, And Security Systems. They Should Also Be Well-Versed In Industry Standards And Best Practices For Data Center Construction.

  • Excellent Project Management Skills: As A Senior Data Center Construction Manager, One Must Possess Strong Project Management Skills, Including The Ability To Develop And Manage Project Schedules, Budgets, And Resources. They Should Also Be Able To Effectively Communicate And Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Stakeholders.

  • Proficiency In Construction Software And Tools: A Senior Data Center Construction Manager Should Have Advanced Knowledge And Experience With Project Management Software, Such As Autocad, Bim, And Primavera. They Should Also Be Familiar With Cost Estimating, Scheduling, And Reporting Tools.

  • Leadership And Team Management Skills: This Role Requires Strong Leadership Skills To Oversee A Team Of Construction Professionals And Contractors.
