This Experience Should Include Maintenance, Troubleshooting, And Operations Of Critical Systems Such As Power, Cooling, And Fire Suppression.
Knowledge Of Industry Standards And Best Practices: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Industry Standards And Best Practices Related To Critical Facility Management. This Includes Knowledge Of Ashrae, Nfpa, And Other Relevant Codes And Regulations.
Proficiency In Critical Systems Maintenance: The Candidate Should Have A Strong Technical Background And Be Proficient In The Maintenance And Repair Of Critical Systems Such As Electrical Distribution, Generators, Ups, Hvac, And Fire Suppression Systems.
Project Management Skills: The Candidate Should Have Experience In Managing Projects Related To Critical Facilities, Such As Equipment Upgrades, System Installations, And Facility Expansions. They Should Be Able To Effectively Plan, Budget, And Execute Projects While Adhering To Strict Timelines.
