  1. Develop and implement security and identity programs, policies, and procedures to protect the company's systems and data.
  2. Oversee the management of all security and identity-related projects and initiatives.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address potential security risks and vulnerabilities.
  4. Conduct regular risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to ensure the security of company assets.
  5. Manage relationships with external security vendors and partners.
  6. Stay updated on industry best practices and trends in security and identity management.
  7. Communicate with key stakeholders and senior management about the status of security and identity initiatives.
  8. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards related to security and identity management.
  9. Lead the development and implementation of training programs for employees on security and identity protocols.
  10. Oversee incident response and investigation processes to ensure timely and effective resolution of security incidents.
  11. Monitor and analyze security metrics to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans accordingly.
  12. Collaborate with the IT team to ensure the integration of security and identity protocols into new and existing systems.
  13. Manage budget and resources for security and identity programs.
  14. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
  15. Foster a culture of security awareness and compliance throughout the organization.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Developing And Implementing Security And Identity Management Programs, Preferably In A Large Enterprise Environment.

  • Strong Understanding Of Industry Standards And Best Practices Related To Security And Identity Management, Such As Iso 27001, Nist, And Sans.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Complex Security And Identity Projects, Including Budget Management And Resource Allocation.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Various Security And Identity Technologies And Tools, Such As Iam, Sso, Mfa, And Pam.

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Effectively Communicate Technical Concepts To Non-Technical Stakeholders.
