  1. Oversee and manage the delivery of security and identity solutions to clients.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of projects.
  3. Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  4. Communicate project progress and updates to stakeholders, including senior management.
  5. Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
  6. Conduct regular project meetings to review progress, identify roadblocks, and make necessary adjustments.
  7. Ensure all project deliverables are of high quality and meet client expectations.
  8. Monitor and track project expenses and report on budget status.
  9. Hire, train, and manage a team of project managers and other professionals as needed.
  10. Remain up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in security and identity management.
  11. Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  12. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment within the team.
  13. Serve as a subject matter expert and provide guidance and support to team members.
  14. Proactively communicate with clients to understand their needs and address any concerns or issues.
  15. Represent Oracle and the Security and Identity team at industry events and conferences.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Developing And Implementing Security And Identity Management Programs In A Large-Scale Enterprise Environment.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Industry Standards And Best Practices Related To Security And Identity Management, Including But Not Limited To, Iso 27001, Nist, And Pci Dss.

  • Strong Project Management Skills With The Ability To Successfully Lead And Coordinate Cross-Functional Teams To Achieve Program Objectives.

  • Excellent Communication And Stakeholder Management Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Complex Technical Concepts To Non-Technical Stakeholders.

  • A Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field, With At Least 5 Years Of Experience In A Similar Role. Relevant Certifications, Such As Cissp Or Cism, Are Highly Desirable.
