  1. Develop and implement strategic plans and programs to enhance the security and identity of Oracle's products and services.
  2. Lead and manage cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of security and identity initiatives.
  3. Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, timelines, and resource requirements.
  4. Monitor project progress and proactively identify and address any potential roadblocks or issues.
  5. Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to ensure the security of Oracle's systems and data.
  6. Stay updated on the latest security trends, technologies, and regulations to continuously improve the company's security posture.
  7. Communicate project updates and status reports to senior management and stakeholders.
  8. Foster a culture of security awareness and compliance within the organization.
  9. Provide guidance and support to team members, helping them achieve their goals and develop their skills.
  10. Act as a subject matter expert on security and identity principles, and provide recommendations for improving existing processes and procedures.
  11. Collaborate with other teams within Oracle to ensure alignment and consistency in security and identity practices.
  12. Participate in the development and implementation of security policies, standards, and procedures.
  13. Maintain strong relationships with external partners and vendors to leverage their expertise and resources.
  14. Continuously evaluate and improve program management processes and tools to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
  15. Represent the Oracle Security and Identity team in meetings, conferences, and other industry events.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Program Management: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Minimum Of 5-7 Years Of Experience In Managing Security And Identity Programs, Preferably In A Large Organization.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Security And Identity Management: The Candidate Should Possess A Deep Understanding Of Security And Identity Management Principles, Technologies, And Best Practices. This Includes Knowledge Of Industry Standards Such As Iso 27001, Nist, And Gdpr.

  • Strong Technical Background: As A Security And Identity Program Manager, The Candidate Should Have A Strong Technical Background And Be Comfortable Working With Various Security And Identity Tools And Technologies. This Includes Knowledge Of Authentication Protocols, Encryption Methods, And Identity Access Management Systems.

  • Excellent Project Management Skills: The Candidate Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Complex Projects From Initiation To Completion. This Includes The Ability To Develop Project Plans, Identify Risks And Issues, And Effectively Communicate Project Status To Stakeholders.

  • Leadership And Communication Skills: As A Program Manager, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Leading A Team Of Security And Identity Professionals. Therefore, Strong Leadership And Communication Skills Are Essential For This Role. The Candidate Should Be Able To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams, Provide Clear Direction And Guidance, And Communicate Complex Technical Concepts To Non-Technical Stakeholders.
