  5. Review and evaluate commission plans to ensure they align with company goals and objectives.

  9. Continuously improve and streamline commission processes to increase efficiency.

  11. Handle any ad hoc projects or tasks related to sales commissions as assigned by management.
  12. Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge in finance and sales commission administration.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Accounting, Finance, Or Related Field

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Sales Commission Analysis Or Similar Role
