  1. Lead the development and implementation of Oracle's CRM and NetSuite products, ensuring they meet the needs and expectations of our customers.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, sales, and marketing to define product roadmap and strategic direction.
  3. Conduct market research and gather customer feedback to identify new product opportunities and enhance existing features.
  4. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the CRM and NetSuite products, ensuring a thorough knowledge of their capabilities, limitations, and potential use cases.
  5. Define and prioritize product features and enhancements based on market demands, business objectives, and customer needs.
  6. Work closely with engineering teams to ensure product features are delivered on time and within budget.
  7. Create and maintain product documentation, including user guides, release notes, and product training materials.
  8. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop effective product positioning and messaging strategies.
  9. Monitor product performance and KPIs to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes to drive revenue growth.
  10. Serve as the primary point of contact for customer and stakeholder inquiries related to the CRM and NetSuite products.
  11. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and use this knowledge to drive innovation and competitive advantage for Oracle.
  12. Continuously evaluate and improve processes and procedures related to product management to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
