
Product Manager - MySQL Heatwave

- Develop and execute product strategy and roadmap for MySQL Heatwave to ensure its success and alignment with company goals.
- Lead and manage the entire product development lifecycle, from concept to launch, including market research, requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and launch.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, sales, marketing, and customer support to ensure successful product delivery and adoption.
- Conduct market analysis and competitive research to identify customer needs and trends, and use this information to drive product innovation and differentiation.
- Define and prioritize product features and enhancements based on customer and market feedback, business impact, and strategic objectives.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the MySQL Heatwave product, its features, capabilities, and use cases, and effectively communicate this information to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Own and manage the product budget and resources, ensuring efficient and effective use of resources to achieve product goals.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all product-related inquiries and escalations, and provide timely and effective resolutions to customer issues.
- Monitor product performance and usage metrics, analyze data to identify areas for improvement, and take appropriate actions to drive product success.
- Stay current with industry trends, new technologies, and market developments related to MySQL and database management, and use this knowledge to drive product innovation and improvement.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to junior product team members, and foster a collaborative and high-performing team culture.
- Represent Oracle and the MySQL Heatwave product at industry events, conferences, and other networking opportunities to build brand awareness and promote the product.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Act as a brand ambassador for Oracle, representing the company's values and culture in all interactions with external stakeholders.
Extensive Experience With Mysql And Heatwave: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Strong Background And Hands-On Experience With Mysql And Heatwave Technologies. This Includes A Deep Understanding Of Database Architecture, Data Management, And Performance Optimization.
Product Management Expertise: The Candidate Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Managing Successful Products Throughout Their Lifecycle. This Includes Experience In Product Strategy, Roadmap Planning, Feature Prioritization, And Product Launch.
