  11. Mentor and coach junior designers to help them grow and develop their skills.
  12. Represent Oracle at conferences, events, and other networking opportunities.
  13. Adhere to established design processes and contribute to improving them.
  14. Prioritize and manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
  15. Maintain a positive and collaborative work environment within the team.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Human-Computer Interaction, User Experience Design, Or Graphic Design.

  • Minimum Of 8 Years Of Experience In User Experience Design, With At Least 3 Years In A Leadership Or Managerial Role.

  • Extensive Knowledge And Understanding Of User-Centered Design Principles, Design Thinking Methodologies, And Industry Best Practices.

  • Proven Track Record Of Leading And Managing Complex Ux Projects From Conception To Launch, With A Strong Portfolio Showcasing A Variety Of Design Solutions.

  • Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Work Closely With Cross-Functional Teams And Stakeholders To Drive Ux Strategy And Vision.
