  1. Lead the development and implementation of technical programs related to AI infrastructure in OCI.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
  3. Create and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful program execution.
  4. Monitor and track project progress, identify risks and provide timely solutions to mitigate them.
  5. Communicate program updates and milestones to stakeholders and senior management.
  6. Work closely with product management and engineering teams to ensure alignment of program goals with overall product strategy.
  7. Identify and implement process improvements to streamline program management and increase efficiency.
  8. Mentor and guide junior program managers to ensure successful program delivery.
  9. Conduct regular meetings and status updates with project teams to ensure timely and effective project delivery.
  10. Ensure adherence to project management best practices and standards.
  11. Take ownership of program success and drive continuous improvement.
  12. Stay updated on industry trends and technologies related to AI infrastructure and make recommendations for incorporating them into the program.
  13. Cultivate a positive and collaborative team culture to foster innovation and drive results.
  14. Handle any escalations and resolve conflicts in a timely and professional manner.
  15. Represent Oracle and the program at industry events and conferences.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Leading And Managing Large-Scale Technical Programs And Projects, Preferably In The Field Of Ai Infrastructure.

  • Strong Understanding Of Cloud Computing And Infrastructure Technologies, Such As Virtualization, Networking, Storage, And Security.

  • Demonstrated Ability To Drive Cross-Functional Teams And Work Collaboratively With Stakeholders From Different Departments And Organizations.

  • Proven Track Record Of Delivering Complex Technical Programs On Time, Within Budget, And With High Quality.

  • Excellent Communication, Leadership, And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Present Technical Information To Both Technical And Non-Technical Audiences.
