  1. Lead and manage complex technical programs related to AI infrastructure at Oracle.
  2. Drive innovation and stay up-to-date on cutting-edge technologies.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  4. Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  5. Identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact project timelines and deliverables.
  6. Communicate project updates and progress to stakeholders at all levels.
  7. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and drive efficiency within the team.
  8. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.
  9. Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  10. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards.
  11. Stay informed on industry trends and best practices in technical program management.
  12. Act as a subject matter expert on AI infrastructure and related technologies.
  13. Participate in hiring and onboarding of new team members.
  14. Prioritize and delegate tasks to team members to ensure timely and quality project delivery.
  15. Continuously monitor and evaluate project progress and make necessary adjustments to meet goals and objectives.
  16. Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
  17. Represent the company and build relationships with clients and partners.
  18. Support and contribute to the development of strategic plans and initiatives.
  19. Manage resources effectively to ensure project success within budget constraints.
