  1. Lead and manage a team of technical program managers to deliver innovative solutions for OCI AI Infrastructure.
  2. Develop and maintain a strong technical understanding of AI infrastructure and related technologies.
  3. Identify and prioritize program objectives, milestones, and deliverables in alignment with company goals.
  4. Create and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure timely and successful delivery of projects.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product management, and sales, to drive program success.
  6. Proactively identify and mitigate program risks, and communicate updates to stakeholders.
  7. Mentor and develop team members to foster a high-performing and collaborative work environment.
  8. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, and implement them to improve program management processes and methodologies.
  9. Monitor and analyze program performance metrics, and provide regular reports to leadership.
  10. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful execution of program objectives.
  11. Serve as a subject matter expert and provide technical guidance and support to team members and stakeholders.
  12. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize program delivery and increase efficiency.
  13. Represent the company and the program at industry events, conferences, and meetings.
  14. Uphold company values and promote a culture of excellence, collaboration, and innovation within the team.

Job Qualifications

  • Extensive Experience In Managing Large-Scale Technical Programs: The Candidate Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Complex Technical Programs, Preferably In The Field Of Ai Infrastructure. This Includes The Ability To Set Clear Objectives, Define Project Timelines, And Coordinate Cross-Functional Teams To Deliver Results.

  • Strong Technical Background: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Ai Technologies And Infrastructure, Including Cloud Computing, Big Data, And Machine Learning. They Should Be Able To Communicate Effectively With Technical Teams And Provide Valuable Insights Into Project Design And Implementation.

  • Leadership And Team Management Skills: As A Principal Technical Program Manager, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Leading A Team Of Engineers And Project Managers. They Should Have Excellent Leadership And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Motivate And Inspire Their Team To Achieve Project Goals.

  • Business Acumen: The Candidate Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Business Strategy And How Technical Programs Can Drive Business Success. They Should Be Able To Align Project Objectives With Overall Business Goals And Make Data-Driven Decisions To Optimize Program Outcomes.
