  1. Design and develop high-quality APEX applications that meet business requirements and adhere to industry best practices.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  3. Build and maintain database objects and structures, including tables, views, and stored procedures.
  4. Conduct performance tuning and optimization of APEX applications to ensure scalability and high performance.
  5. Mentor and guide junior APEX developers, providing technical expertise and promoting best practices.
  6. Perform code review and ensure adherence to coding standards and quality guidelines.
  7. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to APEX applications in a timely and efficient manner.
  8. Stay updated on the latest APEX and Oracle database technologies and incorporate them into the development process.
  9. Collaborate with project managers and business stakeholders to plan and execute project timelines and deliverables.
  10. Participate in the testing and deployment of APEX applications to production environments.
  11. Document technical designs, processes, and procedures for future reference and knowledge sharing.
  12. Continuously monitor and improve the performance and security of APEX applications.
  13. Communicate project updates, progress, and challenges to management and stakeholders.
  14. Contribute to the overall improvement and growth of the APEX development team by sharing knowledge and ideas.
  15. Adhere to company coding standards, processes, and guidelines to ensure consistency and maintainability of APEX applications.

Job Qualifications

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Apex: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Oracle Application Express (Apex) And Its Capabilities, Including The Ability To Design, Develop, And Troubleshoot Complex Apex Applications.

  • Extensive Experience With Oracle Database: A Principal Apex Application Engineer Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Oracle Database Architecture And Be Proficient In Sql And Pl/Sql Programming.

  • Strong Leadership Skills: This Role Requires The Ability To Lead A Team Of Developers And Effectively Manage Project Timelines And Deliverables. The Candidate Should Have Experience In Mentoring And Guiding Junior Team Members.

  • Excellent Communication Skills: As A Principal Engineer, The Candidate Will Be Required To Work Closely With Cross-Functional Teams And Stakeholders, Including Clients. Strong Verbal And Written Communication Skills Are Essential To Effectively Convey Technical Concepts And Ideas.

  • Project Management Experience: The Ability To Plan, Organize And Execute Complex Projects Is Crucial For This Role. The Candidate Should Have Experience In Managing Project Budgets, Timelines, And Resources To Ensure Successful Delivery Of Apex Applications.
