Payroll Analyst

Performs tasks to establish and maintain employee and tax records. Maintains reconciliation and daily deposits submitted to ADP through Oracle payroll system. Prepare and manage quarterly, and annual tax filings submitted through interface with ADP. Performs audit to employee payslip to ensure adherence to policy and compliance with federal/state/ and local regulations. Audit of monthly/annual tax changes implemented by third party vendor to ensure all system updates are integrated and calculations are confirmed and documented on internal tracking. Receives and responds timely to e-mail inquiries within expected turnaround time implemented by the organization. Responsible for accurate set up and system maintenance of SUI rates, registration of new accounts when required and verification of SUI rates by work location.
