- Actively seek out and develop new business opportunities within the East region's mid-market segment.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions using NetSuite products.
- Meet and exceed sales targets by effectively pitching and promoting NetSuite products to potential clients.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients and stay up-to-date with industry trends.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth implementation and onboarding of clients.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, ensuring their satisfaction with NetSuite products.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the NetSuite product and its features to effectively communicate its value to clients.
- Prepare and present sales proposals and negotiate contracts with clients.
- Keep accurate records of sales activities and update sales pipeline regularly.
- Continuously strive to improve sales techniques and processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote NetSuite products.
- Act as a brand ambassador for Oracle NetSuite, representing the company's values and mission.
- Stay up-to-date with competitors' products and market trends to inform sales strategies.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop targeted campaigns and promotions.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and ethical standards in all interactions with clients and colleagues.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Clients.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Sales, Or Related Field.
Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets And Quotas.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Software Sales, Preferably In The Technology Industry.
Strong Understanding Of The Mid-Market Segment And Experience Selling To This Market.
